Brand Marketing Head
- Manage Brand Presence & online reputation across all platforms
- Develop and execute the branding strategy to improve market share and reach
- Handling of brand P&L for effective top-line and bottom-line deliveries
- Channel management, key account and brand network expansion & Develop innovative online brand campaigns and strategies
- Plan and execute Social Advocacy, Influencer Marketing and Community Management programmes
- Strategise and oversee marketing campaign from planning to execution for all Digital platforms
- Analyze customer behaviour and suggest marketing strategies to enhance the user experience
- Monitor the brand(s) spending in accordance with allocated budgets and business performance
- Understanding conversion funnel, ROI, LTV: CAC metrics and application of the same
- Spearheading New product Development & innovations on the brand
- Spearhead cross-functional teams on NPD projects
- Develop ATL and BTL activities for the launch of new products
Experience & Skills :
- Experience building brand in a complex and highly competitive market
- Current, relevant experience in all aspects of e-commerce including online marketing & Brand building
- Successful experience in launching and driving brand marketing campaigns that have built momentum for a brand's awareness and consumer acquisition.
- Self-motivated, excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Able to respond to results and consumer research
- Well-versed with social-media analytics with rich experience in print and electronic media management.
- Proven skills in managing digital ads spend on various platforms. Experience on FB, Insta, Ad Words, Amazon Advertising, Affiliate Networks, and other Ad platforms.
- Working on post-campaign analysis, identification of weaknesses, learning and opportunities for future campaigns.
