Job specification : He/she should be a post graduate or graduate in commerce with experience of around 2-5 years in their specific field. The incumbent must be proficient in Excel, LIS, Tally, Busy or other accounting software.

Job description:

1. The incumbent will be responsible for bills preparation of all clients and must submit the same by 5th of every month. (Debtors)

2. The incumbent will be responsible for documenting ECHS/PF Challans and he/she should verify the same on monthly basis.

3. The incumbent will be responsible for documenting financial transactions (purchase related bills of all vendors). (Creditors)

4. The incumbent will be responsible for tallying bank report on daily basis and she should submit this report to CEO/ Director on daily basis.

5. The incumbent will be responsible for clearing all payments of vendors in consonance of Top-Level management. Credit period for all vendors should be of 90 days.

6. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing Profit & Loss statement on monthly basis.

7. The incumbent will be responsible for analysing consumption trends across all branches and must report any sort of abnormality when compared with the data presented by Inventory team.

8. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing Memorandum of Understanding with new clients.

9. The incumbent shall audit that stock is dispensed and utilized by Lab heads on LIFO/FIFO basis.

10. The incumbent will be responsible for assisting our Chartered accountant in balance sheet preparation and in any other tasks being assigned by him

11. The incumbent will be responsible for uploading rate listof new centres.

12. The incumbent shall be responsible for communicating with vendors in case they have any other query.

13. The incumbent shall be in sync with Inventory department w.r.t vendors payment and bills received.

14. The incumbent shall be responsible for taking follow up of pending payments from existing as well as new clients.

15. The incumbent shall be responsible for tallying ledger of LIS and BUSY.

16. The incumbent shall verify due amount report of all centres at least twice in a week.

17. The incumbent shall be responsible for paying TDS on monthly basis.

18. The incumbent shall be responsible for preparation and clearance of incentives on monthly basis.

19. The incumbent shall be responsible for checking software entries on random basis daily and report w.r.t any error observed or encountered.

20. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing centerwise revenue on monthly basis in consonance with payment received.

21. The incumbent will be responsible for preparing vendor list w.r.t purchase and clearance.

22. The incumbent shall be responsible for filing discounts in absence of IT Manager.

23. The incumbent shall be responsible for informing management about pending dues on weekly basis and if dues are not cleared by staff within stipulated period of time then accountant will be liable for salary deduction.

24. The incumbent shall be responsible for keeping data back up in lieu with Information Technology team.

25. The incumbent shall be liable to audit any process related to Finance at Operations, Front desk as well as in Inventory department.

26. The incumbent shall analyse all transactions and reports related to finance and must guide Top Level management with discreet information on facts site wise.
