Senior Manager (Finance) Requirement at Dr. Reddy's

We are looking for candidates having completed MBA Finance from premier/Tier 1 colleges with 7-10 years of experience to lead a Business Finance function.

Enclosed is the JD for your reference.

Purpose:

- Partner with the Buisness Head to drive business to achieve both short term and long term goals, build an effective control environment, build an effective finance department. Need to have a robut Information system, which can be basis for effective decision making

Team Size: 4

Education Qualifications: Chartered Accountant/MBA Finance with 7-10 years experience

Business Requirements:

- Good understanding of Pharma background. Experience in M&A or Deals will be desirable

Key responsibilities:

- He shall be responsible for the Finance function of Biologics Business and shall report to the Vice President - PSAI, Biologics & PPG.

As a Function Head, he shall be responsible for the -

1. Business Planning process

2. Building a Strong Control Environment

3. Partnering with business to meet the business goal through Proactive and Effective analytics

4. Managing the Financial discussion with various business partners
