Role: Talent Acquisition & Analytics Specialist
Reporting To: Lead -Talent Acquisition, GG India
Location: Ameerpet Office, Hyderabad
Recruitment:
- Hiring of Middle and senior talent for GG India primarily in Sales and Marketing Domain.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing to on-boarding
- High level engagement with the leadership committee comprising Functional Heads, Vertical Heads and Country business Head with an opportunity to participate in Hiring review meetings
- Independence to think, suggest and implement new, innovative, out of the box ideas to increase the efficiency of recruitment / other HR process within the team
- Opportunity to work on key HR/Talent Acquisition projects
- Campus hiring for sales organization of the BU
Budget & Analytics:
- Consolidation of Manpower budgets with right norms and measurements and tracking the manpower costs
- Data analysis and providing right insights to HR Head and BU head
- Observing Market and company manpower trends and suggesting interventions
The challenging aspects of the role:
- Mapping the sales and marketing leadership roles of the market and attracting right Managers and leaders who deliver higher growth for the BU.
- Manage and build rapport with multiple stakeholders heading various verticals and functions a
- Manage stakeholder expectations and close positions within agreed SLA
- Handling diverse technical positions across various streams of Generic Pharma Sales and Marketing
- Engage with global Pharma Sales and Marketing talent
- Using advanced analytics and tools for right insights
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure clearly articulated role details. Position the role appropriately with candidates
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting and develop a proactive pool of qualified candidates- Leverage and build network on Social Media.
- Maximize self-sourcing efforts through channels like portals and LinkedIn recruiter, reducing dependency on vendors
- Assist in identifying & building new channels of recruitment and talent pool
- Support the organization's diversity initiatives
- Ensure adherence to pre-defined Quality of Hire parameters while sourcing candidates
- Leverage consultants and all available sources to efficiently fill open positions within defined SLA- s
- Decide and negotiate salary within parity and arrive at a "win-win" proposition
- Adhere to the recruitment process and policies defined by the organization. Ensure completion of hiring and generate appointment letters through Success Factors
- Coordinate and facilitate closure of managerial positions by internal TMB pool
- Communicate hiring progress to business leaders on a continuous basis and meet consistent demand of MIS from business
- Develop and cultivate relationships with various levels of management, candidates, and external recruiting sources
- Analyse HR related data to come up with key insights on recruitment, engagement, manpower budgets etc and drive special projects to improve process efficiency
- Work on BU MIS, and generate insights and analysis to drive efficiency and quality.
Operating Network:
- Internal: Delivery and Functional Heads, Line Managers, BU HR Head, HR Business Partners, TA Team, EST, Travel/Accommodation Teams.
- External: Consultants, Internet-based agencies, Talent across industries
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge about pharma industry - Fair understanding of Pharma Sales and Marketing and its various functions.
- Trends in Pharma generics- Talent, Recruitment trends, etc. Well-honed sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Ability to understand the business needs and adapt hiring approach and analytics to provide right solutions.
- Data analysis skills required to work on overall MIS and draw useful insights.
- Networking and stakeholder management skills
Educational & Experience:
- Post Graduate in HR with 8-10 years of HR experience, primarily in Talent Acquisition
Key Personal Attributes:
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced, matrixed environment
- Knowledge of key recruiting skills, including various sourcing, candidate selection, selling & negotiating techniques, interviewing skills as well as i-enable
- Passionate about hiring; self-motivated with excellent execution skills
- Pro-activeness in gathering requirements from hiring manager and ability to stretch
- Excellent communicator, with ability to influence & persuade others and to network internally & externally
- Ability to work with cross functional teams and interface with business leaders at all levels in organization
- Eye to details and cracking the data to small possible extent
- Able to use various IT tools for analysing the data and presenting it
- Ability to lead, direct, and work on a variety of projects simultaneously if required - and be a champion supporting recruiting initiatives (new systems, improving processes, etc.)
- Exceptional negotiating skills with external clients/candidates
