Role : Senior Manager, Business Strategy Lead
Location : Biologics, Hyderabad
Purpose :
- Work within the Business Strategy function at Biologics that works with the stakeholders to identify, refine and drive opportunities and strategies to attain the long term business goals.
Key Responsibilities include strategic planning and internal alignment :
- Provide support to the function head and BU head in formulating and refining the overall business strategy and build long term operating model for the business in conjunction with various internal stakeholders. Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs for corporate strategy planning, and business reviews with internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop in-depth understanding of the market opportunity, market dynamics and competitors (product profiles, organizational strengths/weaknesses) - that will have an impact in the short to mid-term.
- Lead the team in building domain level tools and models that help in defining domain level strategy and efficient execution
Operating Network :
- Interface with internal functions (Commercial, Finance, Portfolio, Program Management Team and Corporate functions) as well as with external partners.
Educational & Experience :
- MBA from a reputed institute (Tier 1/2 B-schools), having 5 to 7 years of relevant general management experience. Prior consulting experience is preferred. Pharmaceutical or Biotech market understanding preferred but not mandatory.
