Dr. Reddy's - Research Associate - Upstream Process Development - Vaccines

- Execution of experiments related to cell culture based viral vaccine Upstream process development.

- Experiments to develop and optimize the virus multiplicity of infection (MOI) processes for the manufacture of novel biopharmaceutical products.

- Hands on experience in cell banks (RCB/MCBand WCBS) preparation.

- Hands on experience in cell counting.

- Hands on experience in cell culture media, buffers preparation and Filter integrity.

- Knowledge on split ratio in cell scale up process.

- Hands on experience in use of tissue culture flasks, cell stacks and conventional bioreactor/SUB.

- Execution of experiments to support cross functional activities.

- Record each experiment data in ELNB and information in respective data record sheet/lab note book.

- Write reports for the studies completed in the USP.

- Ensure maintenance of assigned laboratory equipment and equipment log books.

- Ensure adherence to the safety and quality norms of the lab.

- Ensure and maintenance lab consumables.
