Tracking key health &amp; performance metrics of the business and providing business / Top Management with lead indicators B. Project based assignments to identify the root cause of any stated problem and actions required for improvement C. Tracking peer group/industry results, developments, management commentary providing insights &amp; its impact on business Management Reporting : A. Monthly / quarterly reporting of business performance B. Presentations to Top Management on Business health &amp; performance C. Presentations to the Board/Audit Committee on Companys health &amp; performance Planning Process : A. Setting aspiration &amp; targets for business and company B. Benchmarking with peers &amp; industry C. Setting productivity improvement metrics as part of the Planning process Financial Closing related activities Quarterly &amp; Annual : A. Analytical Reviews as per IGAAP &amp; IFRS B. Performance reports &amp; presentations for Board &amp; Audit Committee C.
