- Strategy & Business management through Business Scorecard deployment and reviews for PSAI

- Supporting the business head extract maximum value out of the implementation of Strategy Deployment Process (SDP) based on Hoshin Kanri/Policy Deployment principles

- Supporting the business head with business/organizational initiatives arising out of the Management Committee / Board meetings

- Drive the BRM (Business Review Meeting) process for the PSAI Commercial business

- Study market dynamics, undertake competitor analysis and assess the business case of products in order to support the long term strategy plan of the Business Unit.

- Able to use most research techniques such as secondary database searching, company analysis, market analysis, strategic analysis frameworks, interview-based research and financial analysis.
