Manager- Compensation & Benefits role, Dr Reddy's - International
Context:
- To manage compensation and benefit operations across International markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compensation Management : Partner with country HR teams and facilitate the annual compensation review, promotions, confirmation process; Ensure compensation and benefits standards comply with company policies and/or other regulations or legislation ; Resolve any C&B issues/queries from business units.
- Benchmarking : Participate in various compensation & benefits surveys; present findings and recommend interventions to ensure internal and external equity and market competitiveness
- International Mobility : Facilitate the transition of employees, expatriation and repatriation fitment, negotiation with the employee and offer the expat package; prepare & manage international assignment (mobility) guides for different markets to ensure smooth and effective expatriation and repatriation in the best organizational interest
- Benefits : Partner with Country HR and Finance team to prepare proposals for the renewal of benefit programs
- Stock Option Management: Partner with Finance, Secretarial and external vendor to execute the stock option program. Liaison with ESOP Direct and provide details as per the agreed terms
Operating Network:
Internal: BU & Corporate Finance Heads, Corp Finance Team (Analytics, Consolidation, Compliance, Secretarial),Corporate Strategy Team, All BU HR and Corp HR teams, Audit team, Corporate Legal team, Finance team, Employee Services Team ( EST )
External: External Partners, Consultants, C&B and HR Forums
Technical Requirements:
- Knowledge of Compensation structuring, benefit plans, incentive plans, Basic knowledge of taxation and labour laws.
Educational & Experience:
- MBA HR with good academic credentials with 4-7 years of experience (1-2 years of India C&B exposure will be preferred)
