Objective:
To be part of the team and actively support them in achieving the Quality Assurance goals; this would include designing and delivering the Quality Assurance functions in DRF (Dr. Reddy's Foundation)
Major deliverables:
- Designing of QA tools like; forms, checklists and questionnaire to assess the various processes
- Work closely with various process owners to design the QA tools
- Responsible for acquiring / sourcing the data from various sources and maintain database
- Responsible for development and deployment of data collection methods to optimise the quality and effectiveness of data
- Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns in data
- Responsible for converting data into information and publishing reports
Essential duties:
- Research industry best practices in data base management as per the requirements.
- Ensure that accurate records, reports, and documentation related to all data is maintained
- Train and build the capacity of the team members as per the requirement
Key Attributes:
- Proven working experience
- Technical expertise related to database management, data cleaning and data interpretation
- Strong knowledge and experience in MS-office and DBMS
- Good Knowledge in SQL
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analysing large datasets
- Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Adept to queries, report writing and presenting findings
Qualification : P.G (Preferably in statistics)
Experience (Years): Minimum six years of experience in data analytics
