Position : Planner

Location : Hyderabad

Purpose: To generate actionable insights & analytics to support decision making

Roles & Responsibilities:

The incumbent will be responsible for the following activities:

1. Support in Budgeting / MIS

- Prepare consolidated budget for various functions

- Prepare revenue and capital budget (rolling plans) for the business

- Conduct Monthly reviews and analyze variances

- Preparation of Latest Estimates

- Prepare monthly/Qtrly MIS, Analytical reviews to enable actionable insights

2. Revenue Recognition and Sales dashboard

- Monthly preparation of sales dashboards

- Preparation of Mid - month sales LE and highlighting risks/opportunities to achieve the sales target for the month/quarter/year

- Revenue & SG&A analysis

3. Inventory analysis trial wise

- Tracking and monitoring of inventory expenses trial wise against agreed milestones and deliverables.

- Detailed Analysis of over/under spent during a period

- Highlighting risk/opportunities if any trials are delayed/early finish

4. Business Support and Planning:

Lead the business plan for the unit by coordinating across various stakeholders. Prepare revenue and capital budgets for the business. Monitor expenses and variances. Conduct Monthly reviews and analyze variance. Drive Insights generation and ideation of profitability improvement plans. Provide support and evaluate various business initiatives, transaction structuring

5. Others

- Benchmarking & Outside in analysis

- Analytical support for MRM/QRM/Internal review meetings etc

- Sensitivity analysis & Financial modeling for new programs/projects

- Support in COGS, overhead, Inventory optimization & reporting

- Track Cost Improvement Plans

Academic Background and Key Experience Requirements:

- A CA/MBA Finance with around 2-3 years of experience in financial planning

- MBA from premier B School

- Good business acumen

- Familiarity with SAP environment

- A good understanding of Biz Analytics- excel, data crunching, statistical analysis etc.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Excellent communication skills to put point forward to senior management, handle queries etc.

- Proactive and knack for numbers and analytics

- The candidate should have a sharp business focus, and analytical ability.

- Should be able to work with CFTs

- Should be adaptable and flexible in his approach.

- Should be self-initiator and sense of ownership for its deliverables.
