Finance Controller

Description :

Accounting, Financial Closure and Audit :

- Responsible for monthly financial closure of books of accounts

- Responsible for quarterly and annual corporate timelines, including AR, P&L, Balance Sheet and Notes to Accounts

- Balance sheet GL review and ensure hygiene of accounts

- Monthly preparation of MIS and LE

- Payments approval

- Domestic & Foreign payments, ensuring adherence to the DOA.

- Advance tax/provision for tax computations for Corporate BU

- Lease accounting - Car, printers, building lease

- CSR and donation accounting and quarterly reporting

- Planning/Budgeting

- Coordinating with all Corporate BU Cost Center Heads and consolidating the Corporate BU budget

- Monthly monitoring of plan vs actuals and reporting of plan vs actuals to all CC heads

- Monthly/fortnightly preparation of LE and updating in BPC

Internal control & Compliance :

1. Ensuring compliance to DOA & SOP's

2. Ensuring SOX controls are followed & periodic updation of RCM.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant or equivalent with 3-4 years of post-qualification work experience
