Description: 1. Discuss with all stakeholders and understand the project proposal 2. Validation of the project cost line items 3. Evaluation of the business case for the CAPEX proposals 4. Compute pay-back and perform sensitivity analysis, etc 5. Prepare presentation for management approval for CAPEX proposals 6. To present a financial evaluation of all major CAPEX proposals in CRM for discussion and approval 7. Co-ordinate and ensure projects are approved as per DOA 8. Co-ordinate for creating of project code and upload budget as per approvals 9. Weekly tracking of the proposals and update status 10. Conduct a financial and operational review of all ongoing Capex projects 11. Review completed projects and provide insight to the project and management team 12. Benchmarking of project cost (internal &amp; external) 13. MIS and Analytics on CAPEX spend Plan Vs actuals, trends etc. 14.
