Dr Reddys - Digital Solutions Architect

Role Description:

The Digital Solutions Architect will be responsible for leading all technical solutions for digital transformation engagements at Dr Reddy's Laboratories. As a digital solution architect you will envision and create digital architecture and oversee all the technical solutions aspect of all delivery programs. This role will be an integral member of the Digital CoE team at Dr Reddy's.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conceptualizing and defining the overall technical direction for the Digital Platforms and solutions in collaboration with other technology teams and partners.

- Understand the vision, mission and objectives and transform that into a technology architecture for enabling high impact solutions.

- Stay current on implementation knowledge of multiple digital platforms, recommend future state capabilities that will continue to enable and drive digital transformation

- Engage and Partner with internal and external stakeholders to plan, design and build high quality, innovative solutions

- Guide and supervise development teams in terms of technology and design decisions.

- Enable speed to market while aligning to the broader architectural standards and principles

- Ensure the security, scalability, reliance, and performance of our applications

- Identifying technical risks and problems in the design, implementation and at run-time monitoring conformance to design standards and decisions during the implementation

Required Skillsets:

- 8 - 10 years relevant work experience in the digital domain, with hands on experience in creating solution architecture involving Mobility, Cloud, Analytics and Connected Devices.

- Hands on SOA architect with proven expertise in designing full stack mobile and web products using hybrid / native frameworks.

- Proven success in building differentiated solutions using IoT and Digital platforms such as AWS, Azure.

- Expertise in developing solutions using Node.js, Java, J2EE and JavaScript.

- Advanced understanding and hands on experience in building web services using JSON, REST, SOAP and other similar web services.

- Experience in modern software development techniques such as micro services.

- Strong appreciation for Agile methodologies and lean thinking

- Should have Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience in developing solutions using any of the Machine Learning frameworks such as Amazon Machine Learning, Tensor Flow, Spark etc.

- Prior experience in building Natural Language Processing (NLP) based solutions.
