Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Access/ Project Management:
Work with regulatory experts of Dr Reddy's and strategic partners in interacting with various country regulatory authorities to gain regulatory access
Dossier filing prioritisation/calendarisation; coordination with internal and external teams
- Structuring Commercial Partnerships and planning route to market:
Evaluate and put in place commercialisation plan either through Dr Reddy's Sales & Marketing structure or through external partners
- Portfolio Planning:
Evaluate the consumer preferences and market dynamics; identify white spaces for new product introduction. Coordinate with HO portfolio/business development teams in getting the right portfolio
- Live the organisation's core purpose :
Strive and significantly advance the core purpose of organisation in the country of operations and be an organisational ambassador.

- Reporting to : Group Country Head
- Internal stakeholder
Regulatory Affairs, Portfolio / Strategy, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, Finance
- External Interface with : Commercial partners, Country Regulatory Authorities.
Experience: Well experienced sales and business development manager with 7-10 years- experience in pharmaceutical sales management & Business Development with proven track record who can demonstrate his strategic / higher order thinking skills. Exposure to international operations is desirable.
Education: Academic background in pharmaceuticals / medicine desirable. MBA from top tier institutes preferred
