We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in the Pharma R&amp;D and Regulatory Affairs area. Business understanding of Drug Development and Data Science is very important for this role. Responsibilities : Solution Design and process transformation:&nbsp; - Engage with business users to define &amp; develop end to end solutions based on defined business use cases;&nbsp; - Conduct large scale solution workshops to design a core solution approach to digital solution;&nbsp; - Ensure the solution design takes into consideration multiple business functions and its interdependencies on various processes;&nbsp; - Monitor and provide guidance to project teams on design decisions and considerations;&nbsp; - Liaison and work with different IT teams for digital solution integration, defining solution architecture &amp; solution deployment - Ensure robust, high performance and scalable digital solution deployment through best in class application products that are designed with long term approach, enabling sustained business benefits. Identification of right platforms and solutions:&nbsp; - Evaluate various solution available in the market to address Business Issue/ need;&nbsp; - In-depth analysis and decide the best solution for the Business need depending on Solution's Capability, Accessibility, User Experience, Security &amp; Support - Ensure correct solution is getting deployed Program management - Delivery: - Ability to manage multiple projects at various sites under one platform and appropriate staffing and managing it - Ability to manage different projects in various business processes at the same time - Practicing impactful Issues &amp; Risk management by effective communication; - Ensuring solutions/project delivery matching to Business expectations/goals; - Provide hand-holding for program adoption - Ensure successful Program delivery Stakeholder engagement: - Identification of all stakeholders relevant to ensure successful program delivery; - Setting up clear expectation from each stakeholder; - Aligning Programme goals with Stake holder's Business Goals; Devise methodology for communication with all kinds of stakeholders - Ensure smooth execution of program/projects" Support Framework for IT Application: - Ensure support team structure &amp; appropriate staffing - Plan &amp; Budget for the resources - Evaluate resources staffing based on Program timelines - Ensure smooth support for the program - Ensure seamless program adoption Partner Network selection &amp; Management: - Prepare RFP; evaluate multiple Partners capability; - Carry out in detail analysis of available Quotations, - Evaluate the Partner's track record; - Obtain Feedback from Other companies, - On-Board Vendor by fulfilling all Pre-requisites, - Provide guidance to the vendor on a timely basis in order to ensure Service - Ensure appropriate Partner selection for Program execution" People Management Capabilities: - Able to delegate tasks while keeping track of its completion; - Recognizes achievements; - Communicate effectively in order to ensure solution delivery; - Exercise empathy with sub-ordinates - Manage resources effectively
