Description:

- Develop and execute digital transformation strategy roadmap for API to innovate in multiple business verticals of formulation development, transforming the way to solve problems using data science and digital interventions.

- Strategically collaborate and co create programs along with BU Heads & their leadership team taking ownership of last mile delivery and benefit quantification.

- Plan internal resources from Digital & Analytics COEs proactively, anticipate and actively manage change, set and course correct stakeholder expectations as deemed necessary. Identify operational risks and enable team to drive issues to resolution, balancing multiple priorities.

- Design, develop and deliver various data science insights and outcomes collaborating with data scientists. Drive Poof of concepts and blueprints to enable faster, timely, precise and workable decision based on data science and digital concepts.

- Act as a catalyst for innovation in API by co- creating an impactful pipeline of use cases through Outside in best practices, SME connect, internal ideation workshops and drive the governance agenda along with BU leadership to ensure delivery and value realization.

- Collaborate with globally dispersed internal stakeholders, external partners and institutions to solve critical business problems, drive operational efficiencies leveraging digital and latest technological advances.

Experience: 10-12 Yrs

Must Have Background:

- Fair understanding of Formulation & Analytical Development (Generic API)

- Good exposure to process automation programs, and data analytics projects. (Practical experience)

- Innovative thinking and co-creation ability (Able to see through opportunities: Zoom in & Out)

- Excellent Communication, presentation and articulation skills (Mgmt consulting: Pharma Practice preferred, Innovators like: Novartis; Eli Lilly; Bayer; DuPont etc.)

- Over all understanding of Generic Pharma landscape (API/ Mfg / QA) - Not only Mktg

- Ability to manage Stakeholders (Mid to senior level) and a self-starter.
