Key Responsibilities:
Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:
1) Analyzing cross-channel marketing performance to come up with conversion optimization strategies, with the aim of improving efficiency in the digital/ traditional marketing and increasing ROI
2) Benchmarking performance across all channels and advising on KPIs based on performance analysis.
3) Analyzing online user behavior, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution
4) Spotting opportunities to try innovative new methodologies and improve the analytical procedure.
5) Leverage advanced data analytics to address the business needs and create business impact.
6) Design business intelligence/data science solutions in collaboration with technology architects to address this need.
7) Develop in-house analytics knowledgebase for faster, better problem solving and horizontal scale out in to other markets/functions of need
Technical Requirements:
8) Experience working on Customer analytics, Marketing mix models, promotional effectiveness measurement, design of experiments, A/B test, next best action, messaging effectiveness etc. (Customer segmentation, profiling, brand performance analytics, promo/campaign planning and effectiveness tracking etc.)
9) Strong affiliation to quantitative methods and data analysis to deliver business insights.
10) Exposure to visual analytics (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Spotfire etc.), advanced analytics application (R, SAS, Python etc.) and data mining/ML analytics techniques a big plus
11) Exhibits confidence and an extensive knowledge of emerging industry practices when solving business problems.
12) Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC
Operating Network:
Internal: All marketing functions, brand managers and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations
External: Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks
Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of Digital Technologies, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management
Educational Qualifications: MBA / Engineer (Sales & Marketing / Information Technology) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution. Agile Practitioner preferred Experience Required: Around 8 - 12 years of experience in Digital Sales & Marketing Analytics
