Business Engagement/Product Manager - Digital - Pharma

Dr. Reddy's Product Manager Role :

- To be successful in this role you will need to be entrepreneurial and be comfortable working with a high degree of ambiguity.

- You will use your creative and analytical skills in developing business applications & product roadmap with mobile-first features.

- You will use a data-driven approach to balance feature discoverability, personality and personalized customer experiences.

- You will leverage your excellent writing and verbal communication skills to collaborate in a diverse environment to understand partner team roadmaps and influence stakeholders and work closely with development teams.

Your Responsibilities Include :

1. Product management for Dr. Reddy's internal sales force excellence & digital initiatives.

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements & suggest new feature sets

3. Create a road map to create a patient-doctor connect leveraging Dr. Reddy's market presence

4. Provides technical direction, development & systems integration along with project management skills

5. Define both long term strategy and short term plans for new feature innovation to achieve the product vision and deliver business results

6. Ensure consistent execution of product lifecycle processes from concept to launch.

7. Deliver world-class innovation in features, usability and product performance in predictable releases.

8. Manage a cross-functional process for prioritizing, delivering and launching major product releases. Be the internal and external authority and advocate for your given area of focus.

9. Create and execute go-to-market plans for new features. Monitor key performance metrics to ensure product performance and identify optimization opportunities

10. Exposure to closed-loop marketing (CLM) would be good to have

Liaise with senior leadership to contribute to business reviews including contributing to our forward-looking vision plans

Qualifications :

- 8+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer-facing online retail / business application & product management role.

- Experience developing mobile or consumer applications and services.

- Excellent cross-functional project management skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience engaging and influencing internal teams and leaders.

- Excellent quantitative data analysis and critical-thinking skills.

- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and project management counterparts to deliver online products/services.

- Bachelor's/PG degree required in business, computer science or related field.
