Role: Business Analyst - GG India

Reporting To: Head - IT BPE - Branded Business (EM & India)

Location: Hyderabad

The Information Technology and Business Process Excellence team in Dr. Reddy's laboratories has the charter to build competitive edge to the business by proactively building world class high quality innovative IT and Business Process Improvement solutions/Services for all geographies of business including Emerging Markets and India - the future growth engine of the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand the current business - Marketing, Sales, Finance & HR and enable business outcomes using appropriate Process Improvements and Technology platforms

- Work to improve Marketing Effectiveness using suitable technology platform viz. SAP / SharePoint

- Leveraging Digital Marketing to enable business outcomes

- Work with SFE team, Marketing, Finance and HR functions to improve Sales Force Productivity through sales force systems and allied applications

- Conceptualization of Adoption Methodology, Change Management and Business Benefit Realization

- Effectively manage projects with in schedule & budget in coordination with implementation partners

- Facilitate Ideation, Collaboration and Knowledge Management to enhance business value

Educational & Experience:

- MBA/Engineer (Sales & Marketing) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution.

- Experience in Lean Tools like VSM, Kaizen etc. / Six Sigma

- Exposure to SAP, SharePoint and CRM & CLM solutions

- Around 7-12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing / SFE
