Dr Reddys - Associate Director/Director - Enterprise Solution Architecture

Role : Enterprise Solution Architect (Associate Director/Director)

Reporting To : Vice President and Head of Analytics

Location : Corporate Office, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Context :

- Application integration and data management are at the heart of a pharmaceutical organization - from manufacturing operations, Quality control & Assurance, Research & Development to all the front end teams- interactions with doctors and patient community.

- The number of applications that dot the enterprise landscape across business functions necessitate the ability to build a service oriented architecture for application and data integration.

- The position is responsible to lead the design and ongoing review of the organization's business application landscape from an enterprise architecture and integration perspective.

- Objective is to ensure Dr. Reddy's has a flexible architecture that allows seamless integration, data flow and data management across systems leveraging the best of new age tools and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the enterprise architecture design and development across the landscape

- Provide technical leadership and strategic direction for application and data integration services planning through a good understanding of application inventory (SAP, CRM, Manufacturing and Quality systems) and data warehousing and integration technologies

- Responsible for choosing, designing and building the enterprise architecture strategy through evaluation/identification of various solutions

- Design an architecture that acts as a foundation for digital transformation and business analytics agenda of the organization

- Standardize and own the application integration, data integration and services architecture and continuously fine tune it for optimal development lead times

Operating Network :

Internal : All functions and teams within the organization across India and overseas locations

External : Vendors, implementation partners, knowledge networks in the industry

Technical Requirements :

- Strong integration skills and API development experience

- Experience with large volumes of data, data mapping and integration strategy experience strongly preferred (Virtual data models, master data management, data collect vs. connect strategies etc.)

- Strong hands-on experience working on new age enterprise architectures that enable micro-services, agile application development leveraging DevOps methodologies and focused on advanced analytics with big data platforms

- Experience in enterprise architecture in landscapes consisting of applications like SAP, CRM systems, manufacturing systems like MES, other enterprise data warehouses like SAP HANA/SAP BW and other unconventional data sources like Social Media and other web crawlers/platforms.

- Ability to understand of business processes in at least two of the functions like SCM, Sales & Marketing, Finance processes to design platforms that fit the business need

- Knowledge in Project management background and familiar with PMI project methodologies and SDLC

Educational Qualifications : B. Tech/M. Tech. Certifications or academic qualification in data warehousing, data management and data platforms- design

Experience Required : Minimum 10 to 14 years of experience in a reputed medium to large-scale consulting/ analytics services or captive analytics organization preferably in Pharmaceuticals or with Manufacturing/CPG Customers.
