Dr Reddys - Associate Director - Corporate Affairs & Strategic Communications

Key Responsibilities:-

Corporate Affairs:

1. Track evolving government policy impacting the industry and inject gathered insights into business decision-making

2. Build and enhance relationship with government and industry organizations (DOP, FICCI, NPPA, etc.) and influence decision making in these bodies

3. Create and manage formal communication (dossiers, etc.) with external organizations in the government and industry

4. Draft white papers and opinion pieces to shape policy making with relevant decision making authorities

Strategic Communications:

1. Manage internal communications to employees:

a. End-to-end ownership (conceptualization to printing and delivery) of quarterly In-house Magazine

b. Develop and design content for India Business Head's communications (blog, etc.)

c. Disseminate information about key events like brand launches, launch of innovative marketing campaigns, etc.

2. Design and manage media communications through press releases and press conferences.

3. Interface with Corporate Communications to synchronize business and corporate communications activities

4. Facilitate in design and management of company events like MPOWER and UDAAN

Operating Network

Internal: India business leadership team, Sales, Marketing, Training teams, HR, Corporate Communication

External: Govt. organizations, Industry organizations, Advertisement Agencies, Event Management firms, Printing firms, PR agencies

Experience and Education

At least 3 years of pharmaceutical industry exposure

At least 3 years experience in managing external relationships

Mass Communications degree preferred
