Continuous Improvement- Operations- Assistant Manager
Role and Responsibility :
- Facilitate to implement Lean principles in QC labs across manufacturing plants by conducting studies, data collection and analysis and identifying improvement opportunities in existing set up.
- Facilitate QC labs to reduce test errors by introducing Standard work, Visual flow management, Pokayokes, SMED etc.
- Facilitate institutionalization of 8 Building blocks across manufacturing plants
- Co-ordinate for IMEA assessment across all plants of manufacturing plants and help Plants in identifying gaps and making action plan
- Support the Plants for external award nominations, assessment, and application by co-ordination.
- Prepare MIS & Other reports required for various management reviews by coordinating with various agencies
- Co-ordination with external agencies like POBOS for various benchmarking and improvement exercises.

- Timely completion of assignments
- Timely Preparation of MIS/ Reports
- Quality & feasibility of improvement initiative
Knowledge and Exposure :
- Hands on experience in different areas of QC labs
- Expertise MS Office
- Presentation skill
- Exposure to different benchmarking exercises
Competencies :
- Communication skills, Interaction skills, Learning & Compliance.
Operating Network :
- HODs of Plants - All manufacturing plants, Functional Heads, External Consultants.
Education Qualification & Experience :
- Graduate/ Masters in Pharma / MBA with 4 to 6 years in similar role in Pharma company
