Role: Assistant Dealer - Front Office, Treasury

- To understand and assist in effectively hedging the exposure of the group to the multiple currencies both on the balance sheet and on the anticipated cash flows. To understand and ensure the availability of the long term and short term liquidity requirement. To forecast working capital requirements and ensure the liquidity in the system.

Location: Banjara Hills, Hyderabad

Key responsibilities:

- Assist the Chief Dealer/ Team Lead - Treasury in Managing the Foreign currency risk of the Group and act as back up

- To understand the Fx Exposure of the group (All the Subsidiaries) to different currencies for both balance sheet exposure and anticipated cash flow exposure.

- To understand the different accounting aspects of exposure management and assess the impact of foreign currency transactions of the group (including transactions in subsidiaries)

- To generate periodic MIS's and assist in analysis of the same.

- To assist the chief dealer in managing the above mentioned exposure.

- Understand the Liquidity, Working Capital and Interest Rate Risk of the Group

- To understand the group's requirement of long term and short term liquidity.

- To ensure that adequate amount of working capital is available to the business for their day to day operations, at optimal cost.

- Forecast working capital requirements and assist in institutionalization of solutions to ensure reduction in working capital thereby improving financial ratios.

- To understand the liquidity requirements and accordingly invest the surplus funds in the debt segment

- To assist the chief dealer in managing the liquidity for the group by helping in the management of investments and drawing down loan as and when required, across all entities.

- To understand the group's exposure to interest rate risk both on the borrowings and investments.

- Assist the chief dealer in hedging the interest rate risk and minimize the net interest expense for the group.

Preparation of MIS, Decision Support Analysis, Treasury Management Systems including SAP TRM

- To prepare MIS on a periodic basis and provide analytical inputs.

- Provide support to the chief dealer w.r.t. to exposure computation and analysis of the same.

- Evaluate various Treasury Management Systems like Bloomberg, Reuters, ReVal etc. and help in installation / implementation

- Lead efforts on improvement / enhancement of SAP TRM with support from Treasury Controller and Back-Office

Educational Qualifications: CA/ MBA Experience 

Required: 0- 2 years
