National Sales Manager - FMCG Products

Responsible for entire FMCG Products Division

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

Responsible for Business & Sales deliverable :

- Establishing and controlling the national sales strategy and sales force to achieve revenue targets.

- Developing and controlling strategies to build the market share and profitability of new and existing products and/or services.

- Directing the development of strategically aligned pricing and discount policies.

Responsible for Marketing deliverable :

- Working with Senior Management to build and implement product marketing plans in line with business strategy.

- Managing brand campaigning - ATL, BTL activities.

- Leading Products marketing team to deliver business objectives.

- Identifying and directing long term market research and product design activities in line with business strategy.

- Consolidating market intelligence covering competitors' products and sales strategies.

- Providing interpretation to Senior Management regarding new product and marketing opportunities based on market research and intelligence

Responsible for Strengthening Business Operations:

- Strengthening the distribution channel in different parts of the country resulting in deeper market penetration and reach.

- Negotiating and finalization of commercial with key account and selective outlets.

- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of dealers and distribution channels.

Responsible for People Management :

- Lead entire products team.

- Developing 2nd & 3rd line leadership across the vertical.

- Training & Development of resources across pan India.

- Improving productivity and efficiency of resources by mentoring and training.
