Dr Batra's - Chief Financial Officer

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting:

- With IPO experience, Managing share holders, Restructure corporate entities.

- Monitor Financial and Business plans for all the group companies.

- Undertake financial and commercial assessments for the business

- Providing analysis and commentary regarding accounts and financial reports within the Division/Business Unit.

- Providing regular reports, recommendations and interpretations to the Board on financial and operating data and variances in the budget.

- Accountable for all financial budgeting and planning activities for each business vertical and department.

2. MIS & Financial Reporting:

- Formulate and present MIS, Balance Sheet, P& L vertical wise to the Board.

- Devise consolidated Business Dashboard highlighting key business performance indicators.

- Region wise and Clinic wise monitoring profitability, cash flow and inventory.

- Accounts finalisation, Audit and Payables and Treasury, Trade Finance,

3. Cost & Operational Optimization:

- Automation of financial systems

- Cost Optimisation

- Vendor Management

- Inventory / Working Capital management

- Ensuring that the profits of the organisation are protected through the establishment of effective financial controls; implementing and maintaining appropriate management accounting and reporting systems, budgetary controls and expenditure procedures.

4. People Management:

- Optimising HR utilisation and cost as per budgets.

- Improving productivity of resources i.e. Inclinics accounts support staff at regional level.

- Developing 2nd & 3rd line leadership.
