Objective -   Responsible for heading the operations and for the profitability of the healthcare business units in the Hyderabad region.  Role :  Ensure smooth functioning of all healthcare operations across the region.  Driving the P & L for the region.  Focus on building the revenue stream for the existing hospitals.  Driving the team to maintain standards and processes.  Increase the business development initiatives to increase the footfalls in the hospitals.  Formulating local marketing strategies and below the line activities for the centers.  Track the patient satisfaction rate on a monthly basis, identify the deficiencies and plug the service delivery loopholes.  Evaluate the performance of the center heads on a regular basis.  Define and drive Standard Operating Procedures for service excellence.  Coordinating with the operations, finance, purchase, HR & IT department on a regular basis to ensure smooth work flow.  Establishing processes and protocols to integrate the operations and expansion programs across the network.  Candidate Profile:  Competent Manager with good exposure in Operations, Customer Service and Relationship, Risk Management, Team Mentoring, People Management, Quality & Process Management.  Highly motivated and self-driven manager with excellent Leadership and Team Building skills.
