DPNC Consultants - Head - Client Relations & Services

The selected candidate will work in Client Relations & Services of DPNC Consultants Pvt. Ltd. as a key senior. The selected candidate shall be engaged in client interactions including presentation on products to Clients as per client requirements. He / She shall work on enhancing client satisfaction and revenue.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRA's): 

A. Product Development, Distribution and Management

- Strategizing Business plans and preparing roadmap for business development.

- Developing a structured process for business development, client communication and client feedback.

- Understand the product offering and prepare requisite written material for presenting the same

- Identifying appropriate client base; meeting clients to present the product offering.

- Closing professional mandates by coordinating requirements and/ negotiating the contracts.

- Addressing client queries from time to time.

B. Digital Communication : 

- Identifying online social media channels, content creation, coordinating activities related to SEO.

- Responsible for social media activities, events, conferences, external communication with stakeholders and pricing policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

We seek a candidate with a keen interest & relevant experience with leading professional firms from Chartered Accountancy/Financial Consulting & Services/Law Firms:

- Excellent Communication, Personality and Presentation skills, especially related to Client Interactions.

- Possess excellent interpersonal with demonstrated abilities in developing and managing client relationships and working together with senior team members within the Company.

- High levels of motivation & discipline for result oriented commitments.

- Skills and knowledge of social media and digital interaction with Public & Clients.

- Well versant with IT & commonly used IT tools & software.

- Passion and commitment towards work and results.

Estimated CTC Range: 15 to 22 LPA (As per Industry standards commensurate with skill set & experience
