DP World - Manager - Procurement

Serving as a Buyer:

- Organize and execute purchase orders in compliance with DP World- policy. Be a facilitator for Internal stake holders requirement in understanding and offering best possible solution. Contract management in alignment with Procurement manager. Build excellent relationships with suppliers to support internal requirement.

Location: Mumbai

Reporting Manager - Sourcing Manager

Key Facts:

- Expected annual PO's to be rolled out : 1200+ no's and related local contracts

- Focus - DP World centralized procurement center roll out and management within India and neighbouring countries (SCO)

- All Business Entity of DP World SCO India Region.

Relevant Qualification:

- Graduate (Preferred Engineering Graduate). Additional professional degree/diploma in SCM preferred.

- Good written/verbal communication in English, Hindi

Required Experience:

- 8+ years of relevant experience in purchasing and procurement - at corporate level working with multiple business units.

- Proven experience in negotiation of low value purchases.

- Well verse with eProcurement tools (Preferred Oracle Fusion)

- Good interpersonal communication skill.

- Supplier Management & Supplier Market Knowledge

- Hands on with online sourcing portals (Preferred Oracle Fusion)

- Procurement Tactics - RFP / RFI Management

- Mindset to work with multiple business units of varying needs

- Procurement Data Analytics
