Manager (India) - Information Technology

- We are Urgently looking for Manager (India) - IT for Bharat Trade with great knowledge as IT Generalist (IT Infra, Security, Data Center, Cloud, Product Management). We are looking for candidates from Tier 1 Engineering/B- School.

JOB PURPOSE:

- The role of the IT Manager is to prioritize and align product implementations, further customization to suit local business priorities and management of the IT infrastructure.

- The scope of this role will include the coordination with DT World Head Office Product Management team to understand the solution architecture, implementation strategies, product customization options.

- The scope of this role also includes an understanding of cloud infrastructure and managed services providers to design and manage the IT infrastructure of the company in line with the business priorities & regulatory requirements.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES :

- Contribute to define the product strategy and develop and maintain long-term product roadmaps based on the parent release cycles.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams and DT World HO Product Management team to define product objectives, functional and usability requirements for all the company's products

- Manage the customization prioritization using Agile methodology while effectively managing trade-offs between cost, schedule and customer benefit.

- Support the customization of the core product to suit the needs of the global clients through a robust configuration management process

- Design and manage the IT infrastructure based on virtual environments (private cloud) with a view to optimize security, performance and IT spend.

- Manage the security of all IT assets of the company as per the Group IT policy in coordination with selected third-party vendors

- Contribute as an individual contributor to gap analysis projects & training requirements for existing/prospective clients.
