Responsibilities: Training Program Development: - Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs across the organization. - Design and implement comprehensive learning programs aligned with company goals and employee development. Onboarding and Orientation: - Develop and deliver effective onboarding programs for new hires. - Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new employees to the company's values, culture, and processes. Training Delivery: - Facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions, both in-person and virtually. - Utilize various training methods to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. Performance Management: - Work closely with HR to integrate learning initiatives into the performance management process. - Track and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary. Employee Development Plans: - Collaborate with managers to create individualized development plans for employees. - Provide guidance on career development opportunities and training pathways. Learning Technology: - Stay updated on the latest learning technologies and recommend tools to enhance the learning experience. - Implement and manage learning management systems or platforms. Collaboration and Communication: - Foster a culture of continuous learning by promoting the value of professional development. - Communicate regularly with team members to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Budget Management: - Develop and manage the training budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising quality. - Source external training vendors when needed, negotiating contracts and ensuring deliverables meet expectations. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Experience of 2-5 years in L&D. 3. Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment. 4. Understanding of instructional design. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 6. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to changing priorities. 7. Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms. 8. Certification in training and development is a plus.
