Job Description: QA - Head Your mission, if you choose to accept, will be : - Champion the culture of best quality product with bug free and smooth consumer experience - Review, Revamp & Implement QA strategy in order to meet the business objectives - Build, nurture and manage the best QA team to ensure targets are met - Work with the Product & Engineering Team to plan and manage releases - Ensure industry standard and QMS compliant processes along with documentation - Own the verification & validation part of product design and development - Develop the QA roadmap of the organization with a heavy focus on automation framework Skills needed to qualify : - 10+ years of experience in various Quality Assurance roles - Experience with managing a team of 10+ - Strong Automation skills using Selenium, Appium and scripting skills(Python/JavaScript) - Solid knowledge of software development life cycle - You have a high EQ and a passion to make a difference - API Testing experience Additional brownie points : - If you have experience in working with startups - Google Data studio and Tableau or any data visualization tool - Prior hands-on experience with at least one object-oriented language, such as Java, .Net, Ruby, etc.
