The responsibilities include : - Grow and lead operations function - one of the most important verticals for ensuring the success of the startup - Manage operations pan-India, and also grow it outside India - Key metrics involved - NPS, TAT, Renewal/Upsell/Referral rate, team happiness quotient - Create new processes and manage & improve existing systems to run operations successfully - Hire, the train leadership team of specific sub-functions & build a team under them - Ensure the product run successfully in both hospital and home settings and meet customer expectations - this includes logistics, device setup, customer training, troubleshooting, renewal, return etc - Develop strategies for expansion, create budgets and then execute them - Present progress to management & investors - Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to provide product feedback, help with creating distribution strategies, customer feedback etc Skills & Experience needed: - 8+ years' professional experience, with 4+ years of experience in leading operations teams at pan-India level - Majority of this experience (on professional side and in leadership role) should be in the healthcare domain - Candidate should have experience managing a team of at least 50 members, directly or indirectly - Experience of expanding operations outside India is preferred - Experience of handling device related operations is a plus
