- Support experience and detailed understanding of the following Oracle Applications modules in Release R12: Order Management (ATO, PTO flows etc.), Distribution, Purchasing, Inventory, Shipping, Manufacturing, Configurator.
- Experience with Oracle EBS with at least 5+ years in a Global Oracle Apps ERP Environment including issue analysis, Setups and system implementation.
- Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements
- Ability to co-ordinate with Testing Team and Business Users in CRP/SIT/FAT activities
- Ability to Identify and Test Oracle Application patches prior to Production Implementation
- Ability to create functional and regression test cases for relevant changes from user requirements
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues and identity the root cause.
- Ability to prepare a mitigation plan for repetitive issues and avoid them
- Self-Motivated / Team player with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Experience with full Systems Development Life Cycle & Oracle EBS Implementations
- Ability to analyze, understand and effectively communicate functional changes to end users
- Must be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills & Ability to work in a demanding user environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, Solid analytical, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Work with Oracle Technical Support on SR resolution & Project Teams for issue resolution
- Willingness to work on rotational shifts.
