Marketing Operations Specialist - Job Description:

dotSolved is seeking a full-time Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team in Chennai (work from office) and support one of our global, fast-growing clients in the digital communication sector. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in their business growth strategy, working closely with sales leaders in the US, EMEA, and APAC markets. Reporting directly to the global head of marketing in the US and the director and head of India at dotSolved, you'll be instrumental in enhancing our customers' marketing efforts through expert management of their Pardot automation system and meticulous execution of diverse marketing campaigns. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly expanding industry.

The ideal candidate will orchestrate the backend of marketing campaigns, from building and testing to execution. The person will manage the marketing automation system, creating workflows, emails, and landing pages to support various teams. By maintaining the marketing database, the person will ensure data integrity and segmentation for targeted campaigns.

This role requires close collaboration with sales to align on campaign follow-ups and reporting on campaign performance to inform future strategies. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining compliance with legal standards in marketing communications. Their analytical skills are crucial for defining success metrics and optimizing marketing efforts based on data-driven insights.

Marketing Operations Specialist Responsibilities:

- Executing and managing marketing campaigns across various channels

- Administering marketing automation systems and ensuring database hygiene

- Reporting on marketing program results

- Ensuring compliance with privacy and communication regulations

- Build, test, and execute marketing campaigns using various channels.

- Administer the Pardot marketing automation system, including workflows, emails, landing pages, and list imports.

- Define goals and success metrics for marketing programs, reporting on results.

- Maintain database hygiene, perform data migrations, and create segments.

- Communicate with sales for effective marketing campaign follow-up.

- Ensure compliance with privacy and communication regulations.

Requirements and Skills:

- Familiarity with marketing automation software (Pardot preferred).

- Experience in supporting sales and marketing in a software/hardware company.

- Detail-oriented, self-reliant, and process-driven mindset.

- Ability to work independently with excellent communication skills.

- Direct experience with Salesforce and knowledge of HTML or other development languages is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Degree required or equivalent combination of experience and education.

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience using HubSpot

- 3-5 years of hands-on experience using and administering Pardot end-to-end

- Executing multiple campaigns, and newsletters via Pardot

- Salesforce Certifications and Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist Certification(s) preferred
