Responsibilities:
- Lead and foster the growth of the service delivery function, implementing strategic initiatives and instilling a culture of continuous improvement within the delivery team. -
- Has experience in customer facing roles - kick-offs, cadence, requirements reviews, design reviews, status reviews
- Experience in a cross section (two or more; with appreciation of others) of offerings- ERP, CRM, RPA, Custom Dev and services- implementation, support, managed services, development
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives, ensuring strategic partnerships with clients and delivering on contracted commitments.
- Possess detailed knowledge of clients' contracts and obligations, leveraging contractual insights for advantage.
- Hands on with delivery processes and methodologies; a disciplined practitioner
- Demonstrated focus on delivering on SLAs/Metrics pertaining to Schedules, Efforts, Quality
- Bottom line focus and experience in controlling efforts and delivering within budgets
- Ability to work closely with onsite team and customers to help grow Accounts
- Can manage large teams of employees and contractors in a firm, yet benevolent manner while ensuring we deliver to the plan expectations
- Ensure compliance to project management principles, processes and standards
- Provide leadership, management, and mentorship to the service delivery teams, fostering individual and collective growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Ensure high utilization levels across the delivery team.
- Integrate and align agile frameworks and methodologies to expedite agile adoption and enhance delivery efficiency.
- Effectively manage expectations of various stakeholders.
- Agree on, monitor, and refine Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the Delivery team.
- Take overall accountability for service quality and performance, understanding and incorporating future growth projections into capacity planning.
- Identify, mitigate, and manage all risks associated with business outcomes delivery.
- Build and drive a high-performance culture across the business, suppliers, contractors, and permanent staff, maintaining focus on program outcomes.
- Manage team performance and actively support career development.
- Support and occasionally lead the shaping and delivery of proposals.
- Demonstrate overall responsibility for the business unit.
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in service delivery or project management.
- Strong understanding of contractual obligations and risk management.
Qualification, skills and abilities are :
- Engineer, preferably with MBA
- 12-16 years of experience in IT Services around Enterprise Solutions - ERP, CRM, RPA, Custom Dev (Web, Mobile)
- IT Project Management, Delivery Management, Software Development, Agile/Scrum and CICD
- Project Management Certifications like PMP/SCM/IITL/Prince 2 is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to think on your feet and make good decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and desire to work in a team based environment.
