Dot Net Technical Lead/Architect

As a Technical Lead/Architect - (Permanent onsite), the candidate will provide technical leadership and mentoring to the project team. The candidate will also suggest the best technical solution throughout the lifecycle of a project including direction on systems architecture, reuse and development processes. The key responsibilities will include guiding the design, user interface, and technology integration of projects, interfacing with client's technology and management teams and gathering information on enterprise-wide trends.

Must have extensive work experience in design, development and implementation of software solutions primarily using Microsoft/Oracle technologies.

The candidate must have experience in implementation of Architecture Frameworks like Enterprise Architecture, SOA Architecture, MVC framework, N Hibernate, etc.

Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to .NET, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, SOAP, Java Script, AJAX, Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Experienced in leading team including onsite and offshore of developers on larger projects.

Ability to quickly adapt to changes, enhancements, and new technologies.

Ability to understand technical aspects of the assigned program/projects.

Strong hands-on experience of successfully delivering large complex technology projects in various domains. Should be well equipped with latest and emerging technologies / trends.

Take ownership of technical solutions from the design and architecture perspective.

Review the Architectural/ Technological solutions for ongoing project and ensure right choice for solution.

Create the High/Low level design and architecture of the solution,

8 plus years' of total experience in software development with 3 plus years of experience as technical lead; Should have hands on experience in coding software applications Exceptional verbal and written communications skills and the ability to effectively and professionally communicate with management, staff and customers as well as demonstrate sound judgment and reasoning skills.
