Job description

- Lead matrix team of people who have responsibility for strategy, business requirements, technical design including systems and application development, testing and legacy systems integration. Requires close collaboration with business customers in examining solution options and in planning and managing multiple assignments

- Collaborate with Client and colleagues to translate corporate/functional business and information objectives into an IT strategic/tactical business plan and systems development Develop, analyze and report resource requirements to support objectives (e.g., staffing, costs) needed to meet objectives via resource modeling efforts.

- Create and sustain business literacy and understanding of business processes in the organization Facilitate communication between all key groups and the customer community via participation in meetings and the creation of status reporting mechanisms (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly)

- Business experience in planning, development, implementation and maintenance of systems, preferably on Microsoft technologies and Oracle Experience in project management and execution of multiple development projects, particularly as a business lead on systems development, with working knowledge of applications development lifecycle Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to ASP.NET MVC Framework, NHibernate/Entity Framework, HTML, CSS, DHTML, XML, SOAP, Java Script, AJAX, Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET.

- Knowledge of backend DBMS – Oracle 10g and above Knowledge of OOAD and design patterns. Ability to ensure that tasks within areas of responsibility are completed in a timely manner.

- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business or Engineering or equivalent Overall 8 + years of relevant experience of which 3+ years of experience is in pure play project management

- Experience of working on analyzing data and deriving meaningful business insights. Experience of working in financial services industry will be preferred. Exceptional project management skills, should be able to handle diverse situations and rapidly changing priorities
