Role: Manager - Marketing (Brand Communications)

About the job :

Purpose - Why does it exist?

- To create and develop brand content that is consumer-centric across all platforms for our products.

Key Performance Indicators :

- Effective content pipeline management

- Development of content in accordance with brand strategy and business objectives

- Social media expansion in line with objectives

Key Responsibilities :

- Craft brand and product communications for all digital and offline touchpoints consistent with our brand's voice.

- Conceptualizing and developing valuable social media content (especially, but not only IG feed)

- Manage promotions on social media channels

- Adopt the brand's mission and values, and promote their widespread distribution via short-form and long-form content across platforms such as Social, Website, PR, Blog, etc.

- Collaborate with a team of designers to develop marketing materials.

Experience & Qualification :

- Five years of experience in communications or digital media

- Master's degree or MBA in marketing or communications with a solid academic record

- Experience with copywriting and content creation for consumer goods/lifestyle/skincare businesses directly or through creative agencies.

Preferred - Experience in visual content production
