Experience :

- Must have at least 5+ years of e-commerce Experience in different marketplaces.

- Key Account Management experience for Online Media is a must.

As a Manager - eCommerce, you will spend your time :

- Driving sales on an online platform - Identifying online sales opportunities on assigned marketplaces

- Managing & growing sales on assigned marketplaces platform.

- Getting products listed on marketplaces & Driving sales through the marketplace platforms

- Ensuring regulatory requirements are all taken care of individual markets

- Responsible for the research and development of new and upcoming online portals, and signing up on all online websites.

- Competent in editing product prices, images, and other details.

- Tracking and monitoring competitors' sales and marketing strategies.

- Generating Monthly reports on Sales, inventory, etc.

- Proficiency in advanced Excel operations.

- eCommerce activity such as listing on all online portals.

- Stock management for Marketplaces and B2B separately through Unicommerce

- Monitoring order processing, dispatch team for timely items dispatch for orders received online and avoiding a breach of Seller level Agreement.

- Updating inventory on a daily basis and keeping a strong check on the level of actual as well as available inventory.

- Monitoring and preparing inventory requirements and Stock Projection Monthly

Requirements :

- Bachelor's Degree or Above. Preference will be given to candidates from similar industry/ solid exposure in handling marketplace/ eCommerce vertical.

- At least 5 years of e-commerce industry experience preferably with knowledge of the Skincare (Beauty), FMCG Category, and D2C.

- High emotional intelligence and experience with managing key stakeholders

- Demonstrated project management, negotiations, and problem-solving skills

- Proven ability to work independently, juggle multiple priorities, and complete responsibilities in a fast-paced, change-oriented environment

- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective work relationships with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficient in operating Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook) and Interested in developing creative skills to manage the requirements of a marketing strategy.

- Strong presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate the objectives and needs of the brand to all stakeholders.
