1. Set-up all the standard operating processes required for the smooth running of day-to-day activities. 2. Leading Vendor Management, SCM, Logistics, Strategy and Process excellence programs 3. Setting up e-commerce operations which includes warehousing, fulfillment, payments, customer service, order fulfillment, and deliveries services. 4. Identify, evaluate, negotiate and manage strategic 3PL Vendors & Order fulfillment and delivery. 5. Responsible for the P&L of the city with accountability of budgets / P&L ownership of the city, including sales Manage the performance of all employees in the city across HR, B&M, operations, etc 6. Own day-to-day operational metrics; along with team management, ensuring process adherence, quality, and resource planning. 7. Plan marketing activities and review sales reports with a view to meeting monthly and annual sales targets 8. Play a significant role in long-term planning with a view to delivering operational excellence 9. Review financial statements, sales, and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement 10. Monitoring sale trends & working towards the Top-line Targets sale & Margins Information in planning for special offers & promotion 11. Coordination with category manager for buying & cataloging. 12.
