Key Roles & Responsibilities - Dealing with potential suppliers for product procurement.
- Strategic sourcing and vendor selection. Communicate with suppliers, retailers etc. to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction.
- Track orders to ensure timely delivery. Basic knowledge in GST, taxation would be an add - on.
- Set daily employee objectives and schedules to achieve and exceed company productivity and goals.
- Manage controllable expenses and supplies within the approval budgets to achieve profitability targets. - Develop and maintain operational guidelines.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for the investors and other stakeholders. Requirements A strong educational background, preferably in Business Administration or management or related field is preferred or MBA 2+ years of experience in B2B companies or related fields is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Excellent leadership skills with good initiatives, able to analyze and think flexibly.
- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple and complex tasks in a fast- paced environment. A good team player and able to work independently. Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
