Job Summary: - We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Assistant Project Head for Disaster Relief Management who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating disaster relief projects. - In addition to managing project activities, the Assistant Project Head will also be responsible for procurement and delivery coordination, particularly during periods of high demand. - This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and the ability to handle procurement and logistics effectively. Key Responsibilities: Disaster Relief Project Management: - Collaborate with the Project Head to develop project plans, set objectives, and allocate resources effectively. - Supervise project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. - Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to streamline project implementation and resolve issues as they arise. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes. - Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
