POSITION SUMMARY: The Contract Specialist will work with the Global Sales, Client Services, and Sales Operations teams to drive process consistency throughout all aspects of the quote-to-order process. This role will help accelerate the quote approval process by acting as a liaison with field users to correctly enter quotes in the CRM. This role will work to research account contract documents to build out co-term agreements at the request of Sales, Client Services, and Sales Operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review contracts for accuracy and compliance - Work with end users to research contracts and create accurate quotes - Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and rules prior to a sales rep submitting a quote for approval The position may also involve: - Review and activate orders in salesforce - Create process documentation including flowcharts and trainings - Maintain a document library including templates, FAQ sheets, process & procedure documents, etc. JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Have a degree or prolonged experience in accounting, finance, business, or other related field - Have 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in contracts and agreements, specifically SaaS based sales - Demonstrate attention to detail while still being able to see the bigger picture - Be a generally good person who works well with others and makes decisions that are in the best interest of the company - Possess a solid understanding of CRM systems, opportunities, contracts, and sales process - Prior experience with CPQ systems preferred - Prior experience in sales operations, client services preferred - Domo is an equal-opportunity employer.
