Domestic Sales Manager - Travel

This is with regards to an excellent opening for Domestic Sales Manager with a leading Travel MNC.

The following are the key result areas :

- To lead a team of sales executives and push for B2C sales

- Excellent understanding of B2C sales specifically Domestic Travel.

- To lead and motivate the team to achieve the predefined targets w.r.t domestic sales.

- To Ensure product quality / Inclusions are maintained as shown in the communications

- Ensure prices offered and contracted are accurate and competitive.

- Making Market competition report on products & services.

- Maintain monthly report on daily basis for day to day queries, follows ups and conversions.

- Follow up with each Hotel & Suppliers & then compiling the Rates & finalizing them after Negotiations.

- Meeting suppliers and ground handlers on regular basis to get the best offers.

- File opening and closure as per company internal process - as per accounting process.
