- Proven experience as retirement industry domain trainer or a similar role - Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools - Experience in designing and developing technical training programs and workshops - Excellent decision making and organizational skills - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Proven experience using learning management systems DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Gathers and analyzes information to determine domain learning needs. - Evaluates training programs and materials at regular intervals. - Facilitates internal learning solutions and develops in-house training programs as assigned. - Develop domain (retirement industry) training programs where required according to organizational needs - Build quarterly and annual domain training program/refresher programs and calendar. - Design and develop the course content according to the objectives to deliver classroom, virtual or self-paced learning interventions
