Role Title: Industry SME - Warehousing

Location - Bangalore/Mumbai / Hyderabad / Pune/ Chennai

Role Description & Responsibilities:

- Good experience of working on and designing / implementing warehousing processes like receiving, put away, storage, picking, packing, and shipping, and should have knowledge of optimizing and reducing costs in these processes.

- Must have knowledge of SAP EWM or similar suite like Manhattan etc, Order & Inventory management software, delivering high level of accuracy, visibility, and control.

- Must have experience of building or working on next-gen warehousing / track and trace solutions, warehouse automation and robotics, IoT, using AI / ML in improving processes and cost reduction.

- Experience of working on solutions involving advanced analytics, AI, Digital twins for warehouses, AR/VR etc will be preferred.

- Good to have experience in Fulfilment design, understanding of micro fulfilment centres and related technology in today's world. Warehouse capacity planning, manpower planning will be an added advantage.

- Experience in working with logistics partners, distribution planning and dispatches will be a plus.

Experience Requirement:

- B.Tech / MBA in Ops or Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering with minimum of 6-12 years of experience In Consumer products / e-commerce warehousing & Logistics roles or consulting background in similar profiles.

- Must have worked upon / implemented few of the above requirements and must have good understating & appreciation of technology and automation in warehousing.

- Should have good background on how organizations are leveraging Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML for building innovative solutions and solving industry challenges
