1. Timely delivery of Projects.
2. Project Closure & Sustenance
3. Project Benefit Quantification
4. Spot Review to validate sustenance (of key projects)Project management
Job Responsibilities:
Project management:
1. Identify potential projects in respective Domains based on interaction with senior management at various forums.
2. Evaluate projects to ensure that it is aligned with Bank's vision. Cost savings / Customer delight to be evaluated before kick-starting a new project.
3. Review all live projects at least once a month to measure improvement and ensure timely delivery.
4. Measure Project sustenance through Spot review criteria agreed with Business Sponsors in Closure document.
5. Project metric to reflect improvement / stable trend
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders:
1. Engaging Stake-holders : Work closely with Business Sponsors / Business Heads to resolve key issues.
Monitoring the progress of the projects:
1. Tracking / Monitoring Project Progress end to end.
2. Timely review of Project Progress to ensure implementation as per agreed timelines.
3. Effectively using escalation matrix to ensure delivery as per timelines.
4. Work closely with Business Sponsors to resolve key issues.
5. Meditate cross functional issues faced during project execution.
Educational Qualification: Graduation/Post-Graduation
Certifications:
- Lean / Six Sigma trained / certified (minimum Green Belt)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) trained / certified
