Domain Lead - Digital Citizen Services - Public Sector Solutions

Responsibilities :

Core responsibilities will include:

- Absolute must have 5+ Yrs. of experience in providing solutions in public sector especially catering to citizen services in any of the 5 following areas or similar.

- Smart cities

- E governance

- Public transport

- Financial Services (taxations)

- Social Platforms

- Child support system

- Health

- Justices

- Social services

Education :

- In-depth understanding of how public services is going to change with a long-term vision, goals and strategy by aiding in the development of futuristic solutions

- Building insights through deep dive understanding of domain and Analytical skills

- Practice Development: Contribute to Domain strategic initiatives and development of Public sector practice

- Assisted in the design and implementing initiatives to improve the effectiveness of citizen service offerings

- Scout technology trends, provide Industry thought leadership POVs on the subjects through contribution and authoring of thought/white papers

- Strategic alliance-building & project approach for execution of the same.

- Proficient in presenting solutions to clients and experience in handling multiple clients/projects

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Person will be a critical member of the global consulting team
