An IT Major is looking for Domain Experts in Energy and Utilities. The Incumbent will be responsible for business advisory relationships with their clients. Helping client organization to improve key business process through re-engineering and automation. Should be an MBA with minimum of 4 years of experience in consulting space.

Job Title: Consultant Oil and Gas/Utilities

Years of Experience: 5-7 years.

Education: Should be an M.B.A from Premier Institutes.

Location: Chennai / Pune.

Job Description:

A competent professional with over 5-6 years of exposure in areas of Consulting or Business Analysis.

- The candidate should have sound knowledge of Oil & gas/ utilities business processes.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience with atleast 3 years of experience in energy & utilities domain either in Oil & gas/ utilities industry or with IT services organization.

- Enable to assist global team to win new business from Oil and Gas /Utility companies

- A Domain Consultant with comprehensive knowledge of business processes, Business Analysis, Process Management, Commercial Strategy, Project Management, and Business Process Re-engineering

- Experience in project planning, design implementation and monitoring in the Utilities/ Oil and Gas Sector

- Must have Oil & Gas Domain experience with Upstream Energy, focus on Drilling or Reservoir Management

- Possess functional understanding with Landmark applications or EDM or Aspen Technologies or OSI PI

- Representing the organization as a domain expert

- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills and strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities.

- Experience of leading teams for high visibility projects

- People Management and Influencing Skills

- Working closely with sales and presales teams of on complex business transformation deals from prospecting to closure.

- Should be able to proactively drive internal initiatives

- Work towards deadlines and deliver quality outputs within timeline

- Global client exposure is an added advantage

- Aware of end to end SDLC life cycle process would be an added advantage
